Meloxicam Tablets are an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) prescribed in different dosages for dogs, cats, and horses. Meloxicam is indicated for the treatment of pain, stiffness, and swelling related to muscle injury and musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis. Meloxicam may also be used to reduce fever and is sometimes prescribed following surgery to reduce pain.
